A recent graduate of the practitioner training programme, Amoré brings fresh energy, meticulous technique, and a genuine passion for helping people to her practice. She is eager to build her client base and make a meaningful difference in her community through the Body Alignment method.
As a newly certified practitioner, Amoré combines the latest training with an attentive, thorough approach to each session. What to Expect in Your First Session
Arrive & Consult
You'll have a brief conversation with Amoré about your symptoms, medical history, and what you hope to achieve.
Assessment & Treatment
Amoré will assess your posture and then apply gentle, targeted pressure to the muscles along your spine and affected areas. The treatment typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes.
Post-Session
You may feel immediate relief, lightness, or increased mobility. Drink plenty of water and allow your body time to continue the healing process.
You remain fully clothed throughout. No oils, no cracking, no pain.
